The Commerce Department's Census Bureau will hold a news briefing on county business patterns for states on October 15 at the Department of Commerce. Robert Marske of the Census Bureau's economic programs staff, will discuss the findings on the number and size of businesses, number of employees, and payroll amounts for states and their counties. The 1995 data were obtained from various Census Bureau programs.
