Subject: Thanksgiving Feast - An American Tradition
The attached "Agricultural Brief," "Thanksgiving Feast - An
American Tradition," provides data on turkey sales and production
of other items on the the traditional Thanksgiving menu such as
rolls and vegetables.
The brief is the third in a series based on the 1992 Census of
