These data, including those for the Canton/Massillon, Ohio, Metropolitan Statistical Area, will illustrate characteristics, such as education, language spoken at home, household income, poverty and travel time to work. The 700,000-household survey was conducted simultaneously with last year's census and was designed to test the operational feasibility of collecting long form-type data independently of a decennial census.
