Thomas L. Mesenbourg is Assistant Director for Economic Programs at the Census Bureau, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Economic Directorate's myriad programs, including the Economic Census, Census of Governments and more than 100 monthly, quarterly and annual surveys. He is also leading the Census Bureau’s e-business measurement program. Mr. Mesenbourg received his Master’s in economics from Penn State University and did his undergraduate work at Boston University.
