American Indian and Alaska Native Committee Membership

The Census Advisory Committee on the American Indian and Alaskan Native (AIAN) Populations consists of nine members appointed by the Secretary of Commerce. Representatives are comprised from the public and private sectors, community based organizations, academic institutions, and other individuals, as appropriate from the public at large. Committee members serve for three years and no more than three consecutive three-year terms.
