Howard calls meeting to order on 3.10 p.m. Eastern Time

Topics Discussed

A. Discussion of meeting agenda for upcoming meeting in February
1. New members brought up to speed on subcommittee structure
2. Discussion of setting aside time for the subcommittees to work
together.
3. Discussion of possibility of adding other subcommittees
4. Committee members discussed plans for the committees in the
upcoming year.
5. Discussion of calling tree for new members.

B. ACS staff wants to know more about the CIC program.
1. Discussion about how to best present CIC role and
accomplishments to them.
2. The listening and learning session will be our opportunity to
present.
3. Committee wants to make the point to ACS that CIC's are the
connections to local communities
4. Committee will coordinate to put together a presentation that
highlights the best of the CIC program.

C. Bylaws
1. New members were brought up to speed on the ongoing
improvement of the bylaws.

D. 2010 Kickoff in New Orleans
1. Committee discussed plans for upcoming CIC conference in New
Orleans April 14th to 16th.
2. Discussion about planned breakout sessions
3. Discussion about having meetings with groups such as REAC (Race
and Ethnic Advisory Committee)
E. Update ARC View 9.2
1. Discussed the various choices in extensions and the mailout of
the update

F. Discussion of MOA's
1. CLO has collected around 15. The due date for MOA receipt
is February 29th.
