When you need an entire table we advise data users to download data from the ftp site. Using product line data as an example here is a step by step guide on how to download and use ftp data. From the ftp site, follow these directions:
On the mainpage of the ftp site, you will have access to a long list of folders. For 2007 Economic Census data, select the econ2007 folder. Now select the Economic Census Folder which is labeled EC. It will bring you to a list of sectors, select the folder for your sector. For example, if you selected sector 42, your URL will now be http://www2.census.gov/econ2007/EC/sector42/.
On the sector page, you will have a list of selectable files. To access the Product Lines tables, select and download the file EC07XXSLLS1.zip file, where XX is your chosen sector. For example if you were in sector 42, you would download EC0742SLLS1.zip. After you save the zip file, extract out the contents.
To open the file in excel, open excel. Now click file, then open. In the open file selection box, change the Files of type to All Files (*.*). Now locate and open the file you extracted, it will have the title EC07XXSLLS1.dat.
In the Text Import wizard that will appear, select Delimited from the Original Data Type box. Click next. Select Other from the Delimiters box and type | ( it is the following key combo shift + \ ) then click finish.
You can now filter the table to get what ever data you need
