New Data on Pension and Other Fringe Benefits

Data on costs for fringe benefits will be published at the U.S. level for Manufacturing in the Industry and Summary Series, and for Retail Trade, Wholesale Trade and service industries in related economic surveys.

The fringe benefits covered include health insurance, defined-benefit pensions, defined-contribution plans and others.

The Survey of Business Owners will identify the number of businesses providing various fringe benefits across all sectors.
