*  The questionnaires for the four quarters are the same, except for the addition of Item H - "Third Party Logistics" to the fourth quarter questionnaire (CFS-2000).

This manual provides the 5-digit Standard Classification of Transported Goods (SCTG) commodity codes used to describe goods.
