Video Support Available

Broadcast-quality videotapes can be made available for use in TV programming or other presentations:

  • Endorsements by Alan Greenspan and others (see text)--2.5 minutes
  • B-roll (background shots of people filling out census forms, logos, and the exterior of Census headquarters--see list)--3.5 minutes
  • Press conference featuring the Secretary of Commerce and the Director of the U.S. Census Bureau

Materials in Spanish

Several components of the information kit have been translated for use by Spanish language media: a press release, questions and answers, a print PSA, and three 30-second radio PSAs.

While all Economic Census questionnaires and instructions that U.S. businesses receive are in English only, the 1-800-233-6136 business help line offers Spanish-language operators during all hours of operation (8am to 8pm, Monday through Friday).
