Establishments primarily engaged in the ownership and operation
of apartment buildings.  Apartment buildings are defined as
containing five or more housing units.  This industry does not
include hotels, rooming and boarding houses, camps, and other
lodging places for transients which are classified in Services,
Major Group 70.
