Transactions with unaffiliated foreigners consist of education services; financial services; insurance premiums and losses; telecommunications services; and business, professional, and technical services. The last category, business, professional, and technical services, consists primarily of advertising services; computer and data processing services; data base and other information services; research, development, and testing services; management consulting, and public relations services; legal services; construction, engineering, architectural, and mining services; industrial engineering services; installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment; and other services (including medical services). Detailed historical data on an annual basis are published in the September 1993 and September 1992 issues of the _Survey of Current Business. (2) These Government transactions include both goods and services which cannot be separately identified. They are included to achieve a complete measure of goods and services, as well as to maintain comparability with the international transactions accounts. Note: The data that appear in this exhibit are consistent with those in the quarterly international transactions accounts published in the Bureau of Economic Analysis' March, June, September, and December issues of the Survey of Current Business (Tables 1 and 3).
