Recent changes to AESDirect may have affected how pop-up blockers treat 
         some of the pop-up windows opened by AESDirect. This is a reminder that 
         all pop-up blockers must be either disabled or set to allow all pop-ups 
         on www.aesdirect.gov

Pop-up blocking functions are found in most current internet browsers and 
         are also included in many free toolbars that can be downloaded from internet 
         sites like the major search engines, and are also sometimes included in 3rd 
         party security packages.
