Export Compliance Webinars: October 27 - November 10, 2009

The U.S. Census Bureau and the U.S. Commercial Service are offering
a series of Export Compliance Webinars October 27, 2009 through
November 10, 2009. The webinars are designed to educate the exporting
trade community on the Foreign Trade Regulations, how to classify goods,
and how to file your export data to the AES. This series will also
offer a new overview on the SSN Interim Final Rule explaining the new
rule and the effects of the elimination of the Social Security Number
(SSN) in the AES.

Webinar topics are scheduled as follows:

October 27, 2009 : Filing Requirements
October 29, 2009 : Export Commodity Classification
November 3, 2009 : AES Overview
November 5, 2009 : How to Use AESPcLink
November 10, 2009 : SSN Interim Final Rule

Time: 2:00PM - 3:00PM EST

- The Census Bureau identified a processing error that caused incorrect deflators to be applied to the revised data for 2009. The data have been corrected.
