For SED/AES purposes, who should be listed as the USPPI for merchandise that comes into the U.S for exhibition although the owner is foreign and not present in the U.S.?

The party that is shown as receiving the merchandise on the import entry shall be listed as the USPPI for SED/AES record purposes.  If the party is foreign it shall be the U.S. broker who is listed as the USPPI.
