Am I required to file the SED/AES record when I ship commodities of both Foreign and Domestic Origin and these commodities have the same Schedule B number? The total for the Domestic commodities is $2,000 and the total for the Foreign commodities is $1,900.

No, exports of merchandise identified as Domestic and Foreign although classified under a single Schedule B number shall be shown separately on the SED/AES record.  If the value of either the Domestic merchandise or the Foreign Merchandise or both is less than $2,500, no SED/AES record is required.
