Revisions to November 1, 2000 Correct Way To Complete the SED.

Page 1:   In Item 1a a new line is added to indicate that an SED is required for exports from the
          U.S. Virgin Islands to Foreign Countries.         

          In Item 1b a new line 1 is added to indicate that an SED is not required for exports
          from the United States to Canada (unless a license is required).
       
          The U.S. Possessions List is revised to delete references to the Federated States of
          Micronesia, Marshall Islands, and Palau.  They are not U.S. Possessions and a SED or
          AES record is required for exports to those countries.

Page 3:   The first paragraph in Item 5, "Requirement for Separate SEDs" was revised to clarify
          the definition of a shipment to a single foreign country of ultimate destination.

Page 10:  The wording it Item 6, "Point (State) of Origin or Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ)
          Number" was revised to be more specific.

Page 11:  Item 12  "Foreign Port of Unloading" was revised to be more specific.
          Item 14  "Carrier Identification Code" was revised to be more specific.
          Item 16  "Entry Number" was revised to be more specific.
          Item 18  "In Bond Code" was revised to be more specific.
