Printing Instructions for the Shipper's Export Decalaration (SED)

The above Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) forms are available for online review and downloading. You can not complete the forms using this Internet connection to satisfy your documentation requirements for exporting goods from the United States. You can, however, fill out the form using your browser and/or Adobe Acrobat and then print it on your local printer.

If you download and print this SED to use it to complete your documentation requirements for exporting, the following guidelines must be followed:

1. The complete document MUST be printed on standard weight 8 1/2" by 11" paper.
2. All information on the form must be included on the printed copy in the exact location and must be readable.
3. The document should be printed on buff or goldenrod colored paper.

If you have a printer reproduce a large number of forms for your use, they must be on buff or goldenrod colored paper and the statement on the bottom of the form, "Internet version, use as statistical copy" should be removed.
