Notice of addition of 2nd unit of quantity for import goods containing milk solids

Effective with the release of August 2011 statistics on October 13, 2011, there will be the addition of a second unit of quantity, content kilograms of milk solids, to 257 import Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) commodity codes that previously only required a single unit of quantity. This change will have no effect on Schedule B commodity codes or export data.

For these HTS codes, quantity 2 will not contain data prior to August for 2011 year-to-date statistics.
