NOTICE REGARDING SPECIAL DUTY PROVISIONS
While compiling the July 2003 import statistics, the U.S. Census Bureau identified a processing error that caused the wrong rate provision and country subcode indicators to be assigned to goods affected by special duty provisions. As a result, the calculated duty was incorrect for the months of April, May, and June of 2003. The cumulative to date calculated duty has been modified to reflect the corrections.
