Congressional Districts by Counties



Table Description

This table lists each county alphabetically and provides the number of the congressional district that relates to that county. If more than one congressional district is in the county, each district is listed, separated by a comma or a hyphen (e.g. 6-9 represents congressional districts 6, 7, 8 and 9).

Definition

Counties are the primary legal divisions of most states. Most counties are functioning governmental units, whose powers and functions vary from state to state.
