109th Congressional Districts and Parishes


Description

This table lists each congressional district in the state and provides the parish name for each parish that is contained within the district. A parish that is only partially contained within a district is indicated by “(pt.)” following the parish name.

Definition

Parishes are a type of governmental unit that is the primary legal subdivision of Louisiana, similar to a county in other states.
