LUCA Feedback Phase
The Census Bureau will provide 2010 LUCA Feedback materials to qualifying LUCA participants that returned a copy of their local city-style address list, and/or updated the Census Bureau's maps, provided address updates, or verified that their address list was correct. The schedule for delivery of the feedback materials starts in October 2009 and ends in December 2009. The Census Bureau is providing the LUCA feedback materials after having completed the following steps:
- The Census Bureau reviewed and computer-matched each local address list file submitted by the participants.
- The Census Bureau conducted the Address Canvassing Operation to verify the participant suggested address updates. The Address Canvassing Operation ensured that all address updates and additions exist and that they are in the correct census block.
