LUCA Review Phase

Depending on the selected option, the LUCA Review Phase allows participants to:


Participation options:

Option 1 - Title 13 Full Address List Review: opportunity to update the Census Bureau’s address list and/or challenge the count of addresses for any census block within the entity’s jurisdiction. A signed confidentiality agreement is required. Entity receives the Census Bureau’s address list and receives feedback.

Option 2 - Title 13 Local Address List Submission: opportunity to provide entity’s local address list (city-style addresses) for Census address matching. A signed confidentiality agreement is required. Entity receives the Census Bureau’s address list and receives feedback.

Option 3 - Non-Title 13 Local Address List Submission: opportunity to provide entity's local address list (city-style addresses) for Census address matching. A signed confidentiality agreement is not required. Entity does not receive the Census Bureau’s address list, but does receive feedback.
