2010 Census New Construction Program Schedule

Time Frame	Activity
August 2009	Census Bureau mails out invitation letters to local and tribal jurisdictions that contain blocks where the Census Bureau plans to mail questionnaires to the housing units
October 2009	Deadline for eligible jurisdictions to register for the New Construction Program
November 2009	Census Bureau begins mailing New Construction materials to participants
16 November 2009	Participant submittal period for new construction addresses to the RCC during their 45 day review begins
