Q: Is LandView® III Year 2000 Compliant?
A: The current version of LandView III is not Year 2000 compliant. Some of the EPA databases in LandView store year data in a two-digit format. In addition, the MARPLOT® mapping engine Object Settings item provides a field Date Last Modified which present the date the file was last modified in MM/DD/YY format.
We intend to release another version of LandView before Year 2000 that will be Year 2000 compliant.
