We welcome your comments and questions and try to respond as best as we can.
Please take a few moments and review this page before sending questions concerning the TIGER/Line files.
- Please read the TIGER FAQs to see if your question is answered there.
- The 1998 TIGER/Line files are available for downloading and can be purchased
on CD-ROMs.
- We can't help with the latest population or
housing data, but there is information available on the Census Bureau's web site.
- We don't have information about other countries. (Sometime in the future
we may have some for Canada and Mexico but we don't have any right now.)
- We don't have maps that show property lines or that show ownership of
property.
- Due to reduced funding, the only ethnic map that we have is the four panel
ethnic map by county for the US. We only have one recent (1999) MSA map.
- We have no economic maps but
we do have an Agricultural Graphic Summary for the 1992 Agricultural Census.
It is available from the GPO, stock number 003-024-87928.
We will be putting up sample files later.
