Population of Interest: 2010
The population of interest for this survey includes the civilian employees of all Federal Government agencies (except the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, and the Defense Intelligence Agency), all agencies of the 50 state governments, and 90,690 local governments (i.e., counties, municipalities, townships, special districts, and school districts) including the District of Columbia.
