How to directly enter your survey responses online using the Census Bureau's secure Website.

Step 1 - Go to the Survey's Website
http://respond.census.gov/alfin

Step 2 - Log in to the survey

Enter User ID and Password from the front page of your 2012 Census of Governments, Survey of Local Government Finances form that you recieved in the mail and click the Login button to begin the survey.
