State Government Tax Collections

The State Government Tax Collections (STC) report provides a summary of taxes collected by state for up to 25 tax categories. These tables and data files present the details on tax collections by type of tax imposed and collected by state governments.

Announcements

The 2008 Annual Survey of State Government Tax Collections was released on March 30, 2009. This included selected revisions to fiscal years 2006 and 2007.

The 2006-2008 Annual Surveys of State Government Tax Collections were re-released on June 18, 2009.
