2004 Proposed Workshops

We will offer a number of two to six week workshops from May to October 2004. We ask that you indicate possible interest in the proposed courses, along with your estimate of the number of persons who might attend. Please return this form if your organization has a genuine interest in IPC training. We need this information to make an intelligent decision about the 2004 Summer Workshops. The actual workshops to be offered will be selected in late November 2003, so a QUICK RESPONSE is essential. Thank you for your assistance.
