Forms Comment Program



The U.S. Census Bureau's Manufacturing and Construction Division periodically reviews the survey forms and instruction manuals used in its various data collection programs to make certain that our collection efforts continue to meet the needs of the data user community. This webpage is designed to give our users the opportunity to review proposed changes to the survey form and submit comments and/or suggestions electronically. Your participation will help ensure that our data requests are reasonable and provide the information needed by you and others in the data user community.
