For a fee, the Customer Services Center will print the publication, give it a plastic spine binding, and ship it to you via Federal Express or other delivery courier. Prices vary according to the page count. You will have to call the Customer Services Center 301-763-INFO (4636) for an exact price but here are some general guidelines.
