Availability: CDs/DVDs providing data from the American Community Survey (ACS) available free from the Customer Services Center. There is also extensive background information on the ACS.

Subject content: The American Community Survey is a way to provide the data communities need every year instead of once in ten years. It is an on-going survey that replaced the long form in the 2010 Census. The ACS provides annual estimates of demographic, housing, social, and economic characteristics for all states, as well as for all cities, counties, metropolitan areas, American Indian and Alaska Native Areas, and population groups.
