with 2,500 inhabitants or more on the number of establishments without payroll and their
receipts by kind of business. Twelve kinds of business are shown for counties and places, and
more detailed classifications are shown for States and MA's. Establishments and receipts are
also shown in each regional report for the United States as a whole on all establishments,
establishments with payroll, and establishments without payroll by kind of business. Only firms
subject to Federal income tax are included.
