housing units in the entities, area measurements (land, total water, inland water, coastal water,
Great Lakes water, and territorial water), and internal points (latitude and longitude) for the
entities listed below. (The internal points permit approximate distances between entities.)

statistically equivalent entities (the District of Columbia, six territories--(American
Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau,
Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands of the United States--and two freely associated entities, the
Federated States of Micronesia and the Marshall Islands), metropolitan areas, urbanized areas,
counties and statistically equivalent entities, places including consolidated cities, American
Indian and Alaska Native areas, Alaska Native Regional Corporations.
