nationwide. A second data set includes summary data by ZIP code (no NAICS breakdown) for
number of employees, first-quarter payroll, annual payroll, total number of establishments and
nine employment-size classes. Those classes cover business establishments with: 1 to 4
employees; 5 to 9; 10 to 19; 20 to 49; 50 to 99; 100 to 249; 250 to 499; 500 to 999; and 1,000 or
more.
