Subject content Data are presented for all farms and for all farms with sales of $10,000 or more. (A farm is any place from which $1,000 or more of agricultural products were sold, or normally would have been sold, during the census year) Data include number of farms; land in farms; size of farms; value of land, buildings, value of machinery and equipment; characteristics of operator; selected production expenses; total cropland; irrigation of farm land; value of agricultural products sold; inventory and sale of livestock and poultry; and major crops harvested.
