The Geographically Updated Population Certification Program has been suspended as of January 1, 2008, for five years – two years preceding the decennial census, the year of the census, and the two years after the census.
The Census Bureau plans to resume this service in the fall of 2013. A notice will be published in the Federal Register announcing the program's official relaunch. Additional details regarding application instructions and fees will be provided at that time. Please check this page for updates in the summer of 2013 as additional information becomes available.
