The U.S. Census Bureau will hold a webinar to familiarize reporters and editors with data access tools and new features on the Census Bureau website. Members of the media will learn how to use these tools to enhance their stories with a rich variety of Census Bureau statistics as they cover current events in 2012.

The webinar, which will consist of a simultaneous audio and online presentation, will include live walk-through tutorials of QuickFacts, American FactFinder and a new county business and demographic interactive map. The presentation will also cover other available resources, such as an economic indicator dashboard, voting and registration data, and the Census Bureau's online newsroom. Reporters will be able to ask questions during the audio conference once the presentation is complete.
