Rebecca C. Warlow
Rebecca C. Warlow serves as the Supervisor for Digitization and Description in the Open Government Division of Information Services at the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) in College Park, Maryland. She is responsible for managing the content of NARA's online catalog, training NARA staff on description standards, and coordinating digitization for access. Since 2011 Ms. Warlow has been the project manager for the 1940 census. She formerly worked for NARA's Mid-Atlantic Region in Philadelphia. She is a graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, where she received a Bachelors of Art degree in History. She received her Masters of Art degree in History with a concentration in Historical Agencies and Administration from Northeastern University in Boston.
