Census Bureau Announces Revised Calendar for Economic Programs

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Census Bureau today announced revisions to its release calendar for the 2013 non-economic indicators that have been delayed because of the recent lapse in federal funding.

The following are revised dates for the delayed economic statistics:

Monthly Retail Trade Report
September 2013 [originally scheduled for 11/14/2013] 11/20/2013

Quarterly Retail E-Commerce Sales
Third Quarter 2013 [originally scheduled for 11/18/2013] 11/22/2013

Building Permits Revised Data with State & Local Estimates
September 2013 [originally scheduled for 10/25/2013] 11/26/2013

Housing Starts and Completions by Purpose and Design
Third Quarter 2013 [originally scheduled for 11/19/2013] 11/26/2013

Manufacturing Housing Survey
September 2013 [originally scheduled for 11/22/2013] 11/26/2013

Price Indexes of New Homes Under Construction
September 2013 [originally scheduled for 10/24/2013] 12/4/2013

Price Index of New Homes Sold

The Census Bureau announced the revised release dates for the economic indicators in October.
