2005 Metropolitan and Micropolitan Statistical Areas

2005 Metropolitan and Micropolitan Statistical Areas — The city slogan for St. George, Utah, is “Simply Gorgeous!” Many seem to agree because the former farming community nestled in the Rockies is the nation’s fastest-growing metro area between April 1, 2000, and July 1, 2005. Palm Coast, Fla. — located south of Jacksonville on the Atlantic Ocean — is the fastest-growing micro area.
