is shown along the Y axis.  The range of the value is 120.0 mill. to 145.0 mill.  
The year appears on the X axis.  The range of the value is 1990 to 2000.  The 
graph depicts four lines: the lowest line is the postcensal estimates for males, 
followed by the intercensal estimate for males.  The starting point (year 1990) 
for both estimates is 121.3 mill.  The end point (year 2000) is 134 mill. for the 
postcensal male estimates compared to 138 mill for the intercensal male estimate.  
The next two lines represent females.  The starting point (year 1990) is 127.5 mill.
