(CO-2000-4) County Population Estimates for April 1, 2000 and Demographic Components of Population Change:
            April 1, 1990 Census to April 1, 2000 Estimate

The 4/1/1990 Census figure shown in this table is the population estimates base.  It is an
update of the 4/1/1990 Census figure shown in previous Census Bureau reports and
reflects the governmental unit boundaries legally effective as of January 1, 2000, including 
any post-1990 corrections and other changes due to annexations, new incorporations, or mergers.
The 4/1/2000 Estimates were created without knowledge of the Census 2000 results.  
The 4/1/2000 Census figure is included in this table for comparative purposes.
