The components of change for the period 7/1/2009 to 6/30/2010 were incorrect. The file was removed from the website on Monday, 4/2/2012, and replaced with a corrected file on Friday, 4/6/2012. The sum of the five race groups (each OMB race alone or in combination with other races) equaled the total population, even though people of more than one race should have been represented multiple times.
