These files supplement four files (C4_1COU_IN_MIGRATION.txt, C4_2COU_IN_MIGRATION.txt, C4_3COU_IN_MIGRATION.txt, and C4_2COU_IN_MIGRATION.txt) on the Census 2000 Migration DVD.

These additional files allow the user to calculate outmigration from MCDs in the 12 "strong MCD states" (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin) to all counties in the United States. Combined with the DVD files listed above, they allow the user to calculate net flows between MCDs in the 12 strong MCD states and all counties in the United States, by a single characteristic.
