The CPH-L paper listings were created to supplement the information available through the Census Bureau's 1990 Census of Population and Housing tabulation and publication program. These listings cover a wide variety of topics such as race, place of birth, ancestry, citizenship, nursing home population, size rankings, language spoken at home, and educational attainment. Some of these tables are available on the Internet. Use the census.gov search engine at the top of the Home Page for the table number. Others are available from the Census Library. Additional 1990 census data are available through the American FactFinder.
