Dear Media Buyer and Interested Vendor:
Thanks for your continuous interest in doing business with the US Census Bureau in support of the 2010 decennial census!
At this time, we are still conducting market research for the 2010 Census local media buys initiative in support of recruitment operations. Upon completing market research, we anticipate obtaining the necessary services under the 8(a) Program. For this reason, a Request For Proposal on the basis of open competition will not be issued.
We invite you to continue your interest and support to the US Census Bureau and we encourage you to keep informed for any future requirements that may arise.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
