It is the policy of the Bureau of the Census (BOC) that contracts and small purchases will be closed out promptly. This policy is in accordance with the standards established by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the applicable chapter of the Commerce Acquisition Manual (CAM).

This email will serve as the BOCís Notice of Intent to close the above referenced contract.

It is our determination that all deliveries and tasks have been performed, completed, received and accepted. We also find that all invoices have been submitted, paid and there are no outstanding claims against this contract.

If you believe there are past due invoices, submit copies to this office. Please insert the comment "FINAL INVOICE" in the body of your final invoice. If no response is received within 30 days of the date of this letter, this contract will be closed and no further claims will be considered.
